Rog Baby's typed plea was delivered to the Diggers, who added an additional hand-written line at right and reprinted it for distribution. Argues that a central organisation will be necessary to deal with "hippie affairs" as increasing numbers of freaks flood into town: "In view of the arising concern of police chief Tom Cahill over the fact of a coming invasion this summer of hippies that could reach an influx of possible 100.000 I think that a prime factor at this time is to stop all the talk and move into the field of positive action....At the time the Diggers are the best bet for organization of some sort, which I observe they are doing their best to get things organized, but leaders in any group are pushing a vain cause without the total and unfailing support of their followers…People don't know what we are except a bunch of freaks, and everyone loves to see a circus, but how many would ellect [sic] to join one. Come and lets show the world what love is, and what we really are. Hippies, Diggers, Lovers, Artists and above all a realistic and happy people..."
