The OZ 3, Free! A History Painting by Caroline Coon.

London: privately printed, 1996. Colour postcard reproducing Caroline Coon's epic oil painting of the Oz trio, originally commissioned by Felix Dennis, together with a 4pp. folded sheet printing "An account of the painting" by the artist (though not called for, this copy has been SIGNED by her). Postcard and leaflet each measure 15.2x20.4cm. (when folded). Both items enclosed in an unprinted white envelope, as issued.

In her account, Coon writes: "In this picture it was my wish to bring together in an idyllic landscape those men and women of all ages who were supporters and detractors of the Hippy era. I have endeavoured to illustrate one great maxim or ethical truth; that the obtaining of happiness, personal and public, depends on cultivating human faculties of love and justice." The painting is now in the collection of the V&A Museum in London.
