The Second Annual Report.

London: Industrial Records, (November) 1977. LP record (IR0002). Unprinted white card sleeve, with printed labels to front and back. Designed by Peter Christopherson, and assembled by hand in Beck Road.

TG's debut album, released in a limited edition of 785 copies, featuring various early live recordings, including 'Slug Bait' recorded at the ICA 'Prostitution' show, and the soundtrack to the COUM Transmissions film, "After Cease To Exist".

The record received positive reviews in the music press, John Peel played two tracks on his radio show, Elton John, Peter Gabriel and Frank Zappa reputedly bought copies, and it sold out in six weeks (P-Orridge later admitted to Jon Savage that he thought it would take three years to sell).

Includes Xerox strip warning 'Technical Note'; lacks the small 'Nothing Short of a Total War' sticker (some copies also included a questionnaire); and the red and black TG lightning flash, originally loosely inserted, has been tipped-on to the front cover.

Lower left corner bump to sleeve; minor soiling to white card; printed labels slightly age-toned. Disc Near Mint in slightly spotted, original inner sleeve. Extremely scarce. (Ford 7.21).
