Single quarto sheet, recto only. 29.5x21cm. One short, closed edge-tear; slight handling wear, o/w Very Good plus.

The upper half features a xeroxed image of a male figure wearing a leather full-face gimp mask and studded neck collar, with two cut out magazine illustrations affixed, one of them from a gay porn magazine.

The lower half contains P-Orridge's typewritten letter (approx. 174 words), mentioning Savage's possible review of TG's upcoming gig at the Architectural Association, potential T-shirt designs, and requesting that Savage "try and put that L.P. is sold out in JAWS [a column in Sounds] and single will be out end march beginning April. That a few copies of album still around in good record shops." Three TG stamps, including 'Genetic Fear' in repeat in the top right corner.
