AIR PIRATE FUNNIES #1 (SF: Hell Comics, 1971).

First (and only) printing. Written and drawn by Dan O'Neill (founder of the Air Pirates group), Ted Richards, Gary Hallgren, and Bobby London, whose front cover art depicts Mickey Mouse piloting a plane with bags of dope strapped to the fuselage. Slight rubbing to back cover and minor creasing. Overall, Very Good plus.

This infamous comic was the basis for a successful copyright infringement suit brought by Walt Disney Productions against the Air Pirates group of cartoonists, whose artwork depicted Disney characters involved with sex and drugs. Further sales and future reprinting was barred, despite the Air Pirates contending that the characters were public figures and therefore legal subjects for satire.
