The first major British underground comic with national distribution, started by Graham Keen following his departure from International Times and run from the house on Lord North Street in Westminster he shared with Sue and Barry Miles.

Contains the first appearance of "The Unspeakable Mr. Hart Pts. 1-4", a collaboration between William Burroughs and illustrator Malcolm McNeill, as well as work by Martin Sharp, Mal Dean, Ed Barker (including a full-page ad. for Phun City, with mention of Burroughs), Vaughn Bodé, and Raymond Lowry.
