McInnerney has decribed how the rainbow ink effect was "produced by laying out two separate inks which were blended by a single pull of the squeegee. As the printing progressed the inks were changed so that no two posters were the same." Lists all the main participants for this landmark event (a British equivalent to the West Coast multi-media Acid Tests and Human Be-In gatherings), including Soft Machine, Pink Floyd, Arthur Brown, The Move, and many others.
