A PULP MAGAZINE FOR THE DEAD GENERATION.

Paris: The Dead Language, 1959. First edition. Three long leaves of Ingres Ecoles paper, printed letterpress, each folded three times (16x63cm. unfolded), unbound in textured blue paper folder with lettering and motif in black.

The book prints "Lemurs" by Om; five poems by Henk Marsman (the Dutch poet, Hendrik Jan Marsman, aka J. Bernlef); and four poems from 'The Vestal Lady on Brattle and Other Poems' by Gregory Corso. Each contribution is preceded by a brief text, Corso's probably written by Piero Heliczer, the others by the poets themselves.

Photograph of Om (Olivia de Haulleville) affixed to last panel, as issued. Slight edge-creasing to one leaf, o/w Near Fine.
