A xeroxed flyer announcing screenings of films by Piero Heliczer, Ira Cohen, Marty Topp, Charles Henri Ford, Patti Lee Chenis, and Bruce Conner, "plus films by Schneider [Don Snyder?] Malanga &C a benefit for the museum of the future film school at Universal Mutant Theatre 141 Prince Street", at midnight, December 11/12 (1970). 28x21.6cm. Illustrated with a montage by Heliczer, whose film, 'The Stone Age, was among those screened ('The museum of the future film school' was Heliczer's invention). The building on Prince Street, just outside Greenwich Village, was also home at the time to the Daughters of Bilitis, the first lesbian organisation in the United States.

Addressed, inscribed and signed on the verso by Piero Heliczer to his wife, Kate: "dear Kate merry christmas & a happy new year with love from piero". His return address is given as "c/o Filmmakers Cooperative 175 Lexington Avenue New York" (postmarked December 13, 1970).

Folded twice for mailing, with old staple holes (staple still attached).
