The first text prints "Why Write Texts? or: The Place from Where I Act", translated by Charles Harrison and Peter Townsend, in which Buren discusses the need for texts to accompany his exhibitions, written either before or after the event. Bibliography. Slight edge-wear along folds of dustwrapper, o/w Very Good plus.
