Indeterminacy: New Aspect of Form in Instrumental and Electronic Music.

NY: Folkways, 1959. 2-LP boxed set (FT 3704), with 8pp. booklet featuring texts by Cage and photographs by David Gahr.

John Cage reads 90 of his stories at the rate of one per minute, while David Tudor simultaneously and asynchronously performs the piano solo from the "Concert for Piano and Orchestra" (1958). Cage subsequently incorporated a number of the stories as interludes throughout 'Silence' (1961), his first collection of writings.
