The programme credits Poets Theatre staff members William Linich (Billy Name), and founding members of the Poets Theatre Fred Herko (like Linich, a future habitué of Warhol's Silver Factory) and Alan Marlowe (later filmed by Warhol with Diane di Prima).

The Poets Festival ran throughout March 1962 and also involved La Monte Young, Philip Corner, Yvonne Rainer, Trisha Brown, Robert Rauschenberg, Stan Vanderbeek, George Brecht, Richard Maxfield, Joseph Byrd, and Ray Johnson.
