A concert to promote the book was organised at the Peppermint Lounge, New York City on October 31, 1982, featuring Lydia Lunch, Pat Place, Thurston Moore, Kristian Hofmann, Richard Edson and Jim Sclavunos.

TOGETHER WITH: three 8x10 photographs of Lydia and Exene taken by David Arnoff, one of them from the same session that was used for the book's front cover (shot in the Huntington Botanical Gardens in Pasadena), and another in colour. Vintage prints, each with the photographer's label/stamp to verso. Fine.

David Arnoff's photographs have been published in numerous music magazines, including New York Rocker, Slash, Punk, Back Door Man, NME, Sounds, Trouser Press, as well as the LA Times. His work has also appeared on several album covers, notably the Cramps' debut, 'Songs the Lord Taught Us' (1980), and a collection of his work, 'Shot In The Dark', was published in 2015.
