SF: Last Gasp Eco-Funnies Co., Inc., 1971. First edition. 4to. Stapled wrps., unpaginated (44p., printed rectos only). Cover image reproduces an assemblage of objects from the Cockette house on Oak Street, San Francisco by Fayette Hauser and John Flowers.
Based on an idea by Hauser and originally conceived to accompany The Cockettes' shows at the Anderson Theatre in New York, the book features photographs of various members of The Cockettes by Clay Geerdes combined with background drawings by John Flowers. Each member's page includes a personal quote and a space along the lower edge left blank for autographs.
Among those featured are troupe members Brent Jensen, Dusty Dawn (Rosalie Christeena Ammann), Sweet Pam (Pam Tent), Johny (Johnny McGowan), Marshal (Marshall Olds IV), Scrumbly (Richard Koldewyn), Kreemah Ritz (Daryl Simmons), Link Martin (Luther Cupp), Lendon 'Bebe' Mbutu (Lendon Sadler), Pristine Condition (Keith Blanten), John Flowers, Bobby Cameron, Marquel Pettit, Wally (Steven Waldman), Goldie Glitters (Michael Heesy), John Rothermel, Inez (Frank R. Bourquin), and Hauser herself.
