Fuller's first book, originally titled '4D', in which he outlines his ideas for solving the problems in the homebuilding industry and introduces his Dymaxion House. Short preface by Steve Baer, the foremost advocate of Fuller's later Geodesic Dome design. Includes an essay, a patent with drawings, letters to and from Fuller, and further drawings.
Cover, especially lower wrapper, unevenly tanned, o/w a tight, Very Good copy. The original edition is rare; this edition, the first proper edition, was published by the Lama Foundation in a small quantity "to be marketed to libraries", and is itself uncommon.
