The opening statement begins: "Twin Oaks is an intentional community based on the book Walden Two. Our purpose is to set up and maintain a society aimed and operated for the benefit of its citizens, to create a culture which produces happy and useful people, who cooperate with one another for the general good and who deal with problems in a peaceful and rational way."
Sections follow under various headings, including size, location and facilities; income; the labor system; government; children; recreation; drugs, alcohol, and tobacco ("no illegal drugs or substances"); membership; visitors; and a 10-point code "borrowed from Walden Two".
Fine. A scarce document from one of the longest enduring and largest secular intentional communities in America.
