Card wrps., mimeographed sheets, stapled. 98pp. Prospectus announcing the magazine whe're and this issue and an order form for both laid in, as issued. Front cover depicts John Dana, Charles Moore and Stanley Cowell in concert from a photograph by Magdalene Sinclair. The first section, edited by Tom Raworth, is devoted to work by or about the writer, publisher and translator Rainer Gerhardt, featuring contributions from Robert Creeley, Jonathan Williams, Charles Olson, and Anselm Hollo. 2pp. of photographs feature Charles Olson (by Magdalene Sinclair), and Rainer Gerhardt (and family members), Robert and Ann Creeley, and Jonathan Williams (courtesy of the latter). Other contributors to this issue (the third of five published) include John Sinclair, Allen Van Newkirk, George Tysh, Bill Hutton, David Sinclair, Jim Semark, and Robin Eichele.

The stencils were prepared by John Sinclair and the printing was done by Magdalene Sinclair. Very Good plus to Near Fine.
