Subtitled Incense Mantra and "dedicated to Allen Ginsberg who, in a Universe filling up with phony saints, is a real One" (Ginsberg was appearing at "New Worlds of our Making" at SUNY at the time, the first international drug policy conference open to the public).

The contents include a page of mantras "as taught by Allen Ginsberg", a letter from Ginsberg to Mike Aldrich (Aldrich later worked as Ginsberg's secretary), and Ginsberg's essay, "Reflections on the Mantra" (3pp.), plus reviews of albums by The Fugs, Bob Dylan and the Rolling Stones; news on Leslie Fiedler's recent narcotics bust (literary critic Fiedler was the LEMAR chapter's faculty adviser); and more.
