This copy boldly SIGNED in black paint on the half-title page by Joe McHugh, founder of East Totem West, who, together with Irene McHugh, designed many of the psychedelic posters and notecards for their short-lived company.

Illustrated in colour throughout, including Joe's best-selling 'White Rabbit' poster (originally inspired by Alice in Wonderland but coincidentally synchronising with the era-defining record by Jefferson Airplane), together with work by Sätty, John Starr Cooke, and Nick Nickolds, among others. Also includes colour photographs of Janis Joplin with her psychedelic Porsche, and the interior of the San Francisco Print Mint poster store.
