Greenaway's adaptation of 'The Tempest' featured Michael Clark as Caliban, Isabelle Pasco as Miranda, Mark Rylance as Ferdinand, Ute Lemper as Ceres, and John Gielgud as Prospero, an image of whom appears on the book's front cover.
