Review copy, with publisher's printed slip laid in, together with publicity slip printing extracts from letters to the author by Lawrence Ferlinghetti and Kathleen Raine.
Also included is an autograph letter signed from Horovitz to Bill Levy from 1967, with mentions of 'Bank Holiday', and another from 1969 referring in part to the possibility of Ezra Pound suing Levy (presumably due to Levy's unauthorised inclusion of Pound's unpublished wartime broadcasts on Radio Rome in the second issue of International Times).
Accompanied by an original mixed media collage by Horovitz, signed and inscribed to Levy and his first wife, Abigail. 12x37.5cm.
Wrappers slightly tanned at edges, o/w Very Good plus. Old central vertical fold to collage, o/w Very Good.
