Contains detailed legal advice for political activists, drug users and runaways faced with arrest and hassle from the police, written anonymously by Kathy Boudin, Eleanor Raskin and others. Later published as “The Bust Book: What to Do Till the Lawyer Comes” (Grove Press, 1970).

Boudin, who died recently, was a prominent member of the Weather Underground and participated in the ‘Days of Rage’ actions in Chicago in October 1969. Her son, Chesa Boudin, is the district attorney of San Francisco.
