Ralph Gleason is…the most perceptive social commentator in the country…We particularly liked your long essay on the new BEATLES. Rosemary and I have had two LSD sessions with the album - and your loving comments have added to our pleasure.”

Leary's name has been written out in black ink on the first sheet, probably by Ralph Gleason, whose archive the letter came from. Two faint horizontal folds, o/w Near Fine.
