12.5x20.5cm.

It’s unclear whether or not the gig took place, as no record of it can be found (Alan Beckett’s brief review in IT #4 of Albert Ayler’s concert at the LSE four days earlier, part of BBC2’s Jazz Goes to College series, refers to it as “Ayler’s only appearance”). The flyer’s verso bears an ink note by the legalise pot campaigner Steve Abrams: “IT: ‘Pete’ busted : 3 years for 10/- + hitting a cop. 3 months ago”.

Minor staining to recto, o/w Near Fine. Provenance: Steve Abrams.
