Reads: “Yippie Blow Out, Conspire in Sheeps Meadow, Easter Sunday, Free the Panther 21”. All 21 members, among them Afeni Shakur, Lumumba Shakur, Jamal Joseph and Joan Bird, were acquitted by a jury in May 1971 after revelations during the trial that police infiltrators played key organising roles.
