The ‘Musica’ poster announces details of a concert to be held on June 25, 1965, featuring performances by Charlotte Moorman, George Brecht, Sylvano Busotti, Giuseppe Chiari and Antonio Infantino of work by, among others, Earle Brown, Dick Higgins, John Cage, Wolf Vostell, Nam June Paik, Bazon Brock, and Yoko Ono (“Touch Poem”). Also mentioned is a second concert featuring work by Iannis Xenakis and others on July 1.
Gruppo ‘70 was formed from a nucleus of poets, painters and musicians in Florence in May 1963.
