The version of “U.S. Highball” here (known as Version C) was performed by the Gate 5 Ensemble, recorded in 1958 in Evanston, IL, and first released on Gate 5 Records in the same year. “Ulysses At The Edge” (Version C) was recorded at the same time but not released until 1962, also on Gate 5 Records. “O Frabjous Day! (The Jobberwack)” was previously released on “Tellus - The Audio Cassette Magazine #14” (1986).
