Poster + programme announcing a performance presented by CAST Productions and the Andrew Dickson White Museum at Cornell University, NYC, April 30, 1972. Offset litho poster, printed in black on white stock. 71x50.6cm.

Illustrated with a large central photograph of a television displaying Charlotte Moorman performing Nam June Paik’s composition, “TV Bra for Living Sculpture”, bordered above and below with eight smaller images of televisions in repeat, each one displaying Moorman and Paik together. Photographs by Peter Moore. Folded in three for mailing, with printed label addressed to Fluxus artist Robert Watts affixed to verso (the glue from which has faintly bled through to the recto). Watts organised the Yam Festival in New York in 1963 (see item #149). Slight edge-creasing, o/w Near Fine.

The programme consists of a single folded sheet reproducing the poster on one panel, with three mimeographed sheets loosely inserted printing biographical notes on Moorman and Paik and a list of the works performed (which included compositions by Yoko Ono, Joseph Beuys, John Cage, and Nam June Paik). Faint central horizontal crease, o/w Near Fine.
