4to. Stapled wrps., 20pp. + 24pp. Ed. Robin Banks (pseud. Robin Crocker) and Kris Needs (second issue only). Printed on semi-gloss paper and illustrated with b/w photographs by Pennie Smith.

The first two issues of this Clash fanzine, named after “Armagideon Time”, the B side to the band’s 1979 single, “London Calling”, and put together by two Zigzag journalists with financial backing from CBS. Includes biographical info, cartoons, collages, and, in the second issue, photographs from the recording sessions in Manchester for “Bankrobber”, recorded with Mikey Dread, who was supporting the band on their UK tour, and who also provides a short text titled “Rocker’s Delight”. Crocker’s nom de plume derived from his previous career as a bankrobber, for which he served time, and the song “Stay Free” from “Give ‘Em Enough Rope” was written for him by Mick Jones, a former school friend. A third and final 6pp. issue was published in a different format.

Tiny crease to first issue at head of spine, o/w both issues Fine.
