A collection of Ian Curtis’s lyrics, interspersed with previously unpublished facsimile pages from his notebooks, showing their development from initial ideas to their final recorded versions. Illustrations include the cover of Curtis’s copy of Rimbaud’s poems, letters and cards from fans, and reproductions of original record labels. Also includes Mick Middles’ interview with the band, first published in Sounds in November 1978.
