ADVENTURES IN POETRY 10 (Np. [New York]: no date [1974?]).
4to. Mimeographed, stapled, unpaginated (94pp.).
The tenth of twelve issues published between 1968 and 1975, and the so-called “anonymous” number in which no authors are credited, no publication details are given and even the name of the magazine is absent. The covers print a pornographic cartoon strip reproduced from “School Days”, a Tijuana bible from the 1930s.
Contents include “Fits of Nerves with a Fix” by William Burroughs (reprinted from the cut-up issue of C magazine, February 14, 1965); a Glen Baxter drawing; and, reportedly, contributions from John Baldessari; Salvador Dalí; Robert Duncan; Red Grooms; Philip Lamantia; Frank O’Hara; Kenneth Patchen; Kenneth Rexroth; Jack Schuyler; Jack Spicer; and John Wieners.
Slight age-toning along spine, o/w Very Good plus. One of the scarcer issues.
