i) Cape Goliard’s invitation to “a Gathering” to celebrate the book’s publication (along with “We Are Many” by Pablo Neruda). Single sheet sewn into handmade magenta paper cover. Light wear. The party was held on September 14 at the Hampstead home of Ginsberg’s editor, Tom Maschler, with whom he had recently travelled to Wales.
ii) Publisher’s double-sided broadside designed and printed by Barry Hall announcing the simultaneous publication of the two poetry collections. 32.4x41.2cm. Printed offset in yellow ink, illustrated on the verso with Jim Dine’s contemporary b/w drawing of two hammers. Light wear.
