Malanga has SIGNED this copy in red ink alongside his printed name on the title page, which he has crossed through, and added the inscription: “this copy for Zoe () Gerard 4:i:73 Bolinas Day of the Earthquake”.

A collection of previously unpublished poems, the second of which, “White Rain”, is dedicated to Jim Morrison.

Telegraph Books was founded in 1971 by Victor Bockris, Aram Saroyan and Andrew Wylie and over the course of the following two or three years their imprint published a short list of titles, most of which are quite hard to find, including “Star’s Scars” by Brigid Polk and Patti Smith’s first poetry collection, “Seventh Heaven”.
